Planning permission was achieved to strip out a grade II listed apartment building and to upgrade the finishes to provide two high specification contemporary flats.
The proposals included a bespoke kitchen with a new visual connection to the spacious living and dining area. A new fully functioning stone clad fireplace was designed for the living area along with concealed joinery and feature lighting. Bathrooms were modernised and an integrated audio visual system was installed throughout the flat. Michelle was the project lead for the architecture team involved in the development of the proposals from concept to construction works.
