initially sketched out some plan concepts and came up with a
rough guide budget. She also suggested the possibility of phasing
the work and how best to go about it ,as we needed to continue
living in the flat. Phasing the work of course also helped with
phasing the costs. Michelle's expertise when getting the
builders in to quote was particularly helpful.... making
discussions about any cost implications of potential alterations to
original plans once the building works had commenced much
easier. She was able to explain things in layman's terms when I did
not understand the professional language. Working
